Tonnellerie Saint Martin is one of only a few cooperages that are forest specific. It focuses on using specific forest designations, as well as recognising the importance of grain size. The oak forests within the Tonnellerie Saint Martin portfolio include: Tronçais, Jupilles, Allier, Vosges, Nevers, and Fontainebleau. Saint Martin can also supply American and Slovakian oak.

Founded in 1945 by Hubert Saint Martin, Tonnellerie Saint Martin is now managed by his grandson François. Based in Buzet-sur-Baïse in the southwest of France, the Saint Martin family have been coopers for three generations.
Tonnellerie Saint Martin is a relatively small producer, able to consistently supply the highest quality oak to the best wines worldwide.

Garry King (Export Director) established Saint Martin Australasia in 2003 to introduce Tonnellerie Saint Martin to Australian and New Zealand winemakers. 2018 marks the 15th anniversary of Saint Martin Australasia. Garry also oversees the Tonnellerie Saint Martin market in the USA, Canada and South Africa.
With an extensive career in the wine industry, Garry has successfully marketed the Saint Martin brand by supplying consistently high-quality oak as well as developing solid relationships. Both aspects are essential in building an excellent reputation with winemakers.
After graduating in Environmental Management, Jason King (Territory Manager), started his sales career within the horticultural and environmental rehabilitation industry. After completing vintage at two prominent McLaren Vale wineries and working closely with Saint Martin he joined his father Garry in 2013, to further service Australian customers.
